The main task of the formulation of the Implementation Plan for the Ten Common Technologies Breakthrough Projects is to focus on mastering a group of core and key technologies. While nurturing and expanding high-tech and backbone enterprises, we must cultivate and assemble a group of high-level scientific and technological teams. Scientific research bases and platforms have built innovative complexes that support and lead the sustainable development of the industry. The areas of common technological breakthroughs are based on the industrial development of Taizhou and are mainly traditional industries, including smart toilets, molds, pumps and other key industries.

In the implementation of the project, the key to technological development is the science and innovation platform, key industry enterprises, and high-tech enterprises. In terms of project selection, it focuses on the degree of integration and the degree of relevance, and strives to achieve remarkable results in the key common technical breakthroughs, major product development, and implementation of major projects, so that the research and development capabilities of Taizhou related industries will reach the domestic leading level.

According to the plan, the implementation period of major science and technology projects is two years, and it is divided into three phases: the initiation of the collection, the key promotion, and the summarization and promotion. In terms of factor support, the "plan" clearly requires comprehensive use of incentives, subsidies, etc., focusing on supporting the key key technologies and common technologies of the ten common technological breakthrough projects, enhancing innovation capabilities, nurturing and introducing key links in the industrial chain, and demonstration applications. Projects, industrialization projects, etc., including a one-off grant of 100,000 yuan for the selected projects; the actual turnover of the technical contract for the transformation of the company’s successes of the project shall not be less than 1 million yuan (subject to the bank’s payment amount), and shall be recognized as actual. 5% of the turnover will be subsidized, up to a maximum of 1 million yuan per year. For technological transfer services that settled in the city’s scientific and technological innovation platform, technology transfer center, and science and technology intermediary agency, it will be subsidized by 5% of its actual turnover in the city.
